General Terms and Conditions on CCTF Sales Price
All prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are tax extra. GST and Provincial Tax ARE NOT INCLUDED. Prices are FOB our warehouse locations unless otherwise quoted in writing. Incorrect prices in the price catalogue, due to calculation or human error, will not be honoured and will be corrected at the earliest possible date. Prices in our computer will be matched as close as possible to the release of price catalogue pages, however variances of a reasonable time difference will not be honoured.
Terms of a Sale
Net 30 days unless otherwise stated. Accounts past due will be suspended. Shipments and deliveries shall at all times be subject to our acceptance and credit approval.
Service Charges
A service charge of 2% per month (24% per annum) will be applied to all overdue accounts.
Returns
No goods may be returned without prior approval. A handling charge will apply to goods returned. This may vary dependant upon factory return goods policies. Goods shipped in error are not subject to this policy.
Claims
All damage claims must be made to the transportation company as applicable. We are not responsible for damaged goods. Shortage claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Notification of any invoice errors must be made within 60 days of date of invoice.
Minimum Charge
A $50.00 minimum charge will apply, except for backorders.
Warranties
Manufacturers warranties are extended on applicable products only. We do not provide further guarantees or warranties. WE DO NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE, AND DISCLAIM ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY FOR, THE QUALITY, STATE, USE OR FITNESS OF ALL PRODUCTS, GOODS AND MATERIALS. IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR EXPENSES OCCASIONED BY THE USE OF ANY PRODUCTS, GOODS OR MATERIALS.
Special Orders
Orders for special non-stock material may require a deposit. A cancellation charge may apply on orders of special materials.
Product Availability
All materials quoted are subject to prior sale. Material shown in price schedules and catalogues may not be available in all locations and an extra freight cost will apply. Contact your local branch for availability and price confirmation. We are not responsible for delays, defaults, expenses or damages occasioned by any causes beyond our control including, without limitation, strikes, labour disturbances, accidents, governmental actions, embargoes, fires, floods and late delivery from suppliers.
